2. Zero-Email Security Policy
Brick Taxes does not accept sensitive financial documentation via standard email. Standard email is not secure. All document transmission must occur through our bank-grade encrypted Client Portal. This is non-negotiable for the protection of your identity and financial data.
3. Information Disclosure
We do not disclose any non-public personal information about our current or former clients to anyone, except as permitted or required by law. This includes disclosures to the IRS or State taxing authorities to file your returns or represent you in audits.
4. Security of Information
We restrict access to your personal and financial information to those employees who need to know that information to provide services to you. We maintain physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards that comply with federal regulations (IRS Circular 230) to guard your non-public personal information.
